The great thing about working with us is that we do not charge by the hour. This is GREAT for you because it means we are both protected from the employee/employer relationship and the fees that are typically associated with that. We work as independent contractors. We charge everything out per task or per month. It's like having a salaried staff member. We get the work done regardless of the hours it takes because in the end, you need the projects done efficiently and professionally.
Weekly plan only covers one-week of work. Price depends on the number of hours the task or project will take. This is a pre-paid plan.
Monthly plan covers one month prepaid work based on 5, 10, 15, 20, 40 hours of weekly prepaid work. A monthly prepaid plan saves you time and effort receiving weekly invoices and you know you have us for one month!
6, 8, and 12 month packaged deals. Best for up-and-running professionals such as real estate investors, Realtors, Zumba instructors, coaches and mentors. You pay a 50% retainer, then pay every 30 days, and your final month is charged at 50%. THIS is executive administrative assistance at it's best. Most clients who elect this, have been with us for years!
