DO YOU OUTSOURCE?

ORCVirtual, Inc. IS an outsourcing company BUT we NEVER outsource 

a) outside of the country and 

b) to anyone not under contract with ORCVirtual, Inc.

ARE YOU FLEXIBLE ON PRICING?

If we weren't willing to negotiate, we would be out of business. Selecting the price point for any business is not an easy task and at ORCVirtual we listen to our clients.

DO YOU OFFER INDIVIDUAL ITEM SERVICING INSTEAD OF A PACKAGE?

Yes.  We want to give you the services you need.  With our in-depth phone interview, we will gather information about you, your business, your goals, and your challenges. We will then put together a completely customized pricing that will include the tasks you need and your very own pricing structure. 

AREN'T YOU JUST A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?

A Virtual Assistant is someone you would hire to perform a task.  They generally work with a 'gig-motivated' mindset - produce what you need, get paid, and move on.  The virtual assistant relies heavily on quick turn-around time so they can move on to the next job.  

With the TEAM APPROACH AT ORCVIRTUAL, you are working with your Executive Assistant and that person is directing the work flow of the rest of your team. At any given time, you will have up to 12 assistants working on tasks for you.  

An Executive Administrative Assistant will be 100% committed to the success of the client and that's exactly what you'll find with us.  

The virtual Executive Assistant is a business owner, motivated for the success of not only their own business, but the business of every single client.

WHAT DON'T YOU DO?

First, we won't greet people as they walk through your door and we generally won't be answering your phones (although Call Center duties are available).   We are not licensed accountants BUT we partner with some and are happy to refer you. We are not licensed real estate agents or brokers.  Oh - and we don't disappoint!
